I tried our newly opened grocery delivery service yesterday. Ordered fresh fruit, veges, and some wickedly good-looking fish. They delivered at 6PM and what do I find inside? A free HUGE cherry pie. Kill me now.

Meh. That’s the kind of day it was. So-so on food, crappy on exercise. Putzed much of the day away, which means I’ll be needing to make up time or the rest of the week, which means no exercise. Meh.

Every diet article/blog/website I’ve ever visted advises that you begin by making “small changes.” But what exactly does that mean? . Does it mean eating one Big Mac instead of two? Chossing a parking space that’s three spaces further from the door? Haivng a glass of wine with dinner every other night instead of every night? And what is you do make small changes? How many do you need to make to have it be “worth it?” And what does being worth it mean?
